Victoria is a podcast producer and content marketing consultant who loves turning complex topics into accessible digital content. Her portfolio of digital content projects includes work with Brink Literacy Project, Pandemic Parenting, the University of Connecticut, Purdue University Northwest, IES Abroad, the Forum on Education Abroad, and Book Club with Julia & Victoria.

Julia Clausen

Julia is a podcast producer and curriculum consultant, with a unique blend of creative and analytical approaches. As an educator and researcher of over 10 years, she specializes in LMS curriculum development and audience research for non-profit and education organizations like the National Child Traumatic Stress Network, The Study Abroad Foundation, Higher Scores Test Prep, 826CHI, and The Squeaky Wheel. She has a MSc in Cultural Anthropology from KU Leuven.

Natasha Brower

Natasha Brower is a multidisciplinary graphic designer with over a decade of experience creating visually compelling designs across digital and print media. She has designed for a wide range of brands and industries, from fintech to education, with work spanning websites, marketing materials, branding assets, and social campaigns. Natasha honed her craft in roles at IG North America and IES Abroad, where she led large-scale design initiatives—including rebrands, website overhauls, and high-impact marketing collateral. She continues to help clients tell their stories through clean, strategic, and engaging design.

In 2020, To Story Consulting’s founder, Victoria Bruick, decided to make lemonade out of the lemons of layoffs and lockdowns. She channeled her pandemic anxiety and boredom into crafting and marketing meaningful resources for her first client.

The world of freelance consulting can get lonely and tiring, so in 2024, Victoria transitioned To Story Consulting into a collaborative community to provide clients with strategic support from some of the best creatives in the business.
